How to Keep Skin Healthy and Hydrated All Summer Long

Everyone looks forward to the summer season. There’s plenty of time for al fresco dining, beach and poolside days, picnics and barbecues, and other fun outdoor activities. With more hours spent in the great outdoors, we have to be extra careful about our summer skin care, especially when it comes to sun exposure. The days are much longer and the sun can be a bit stronger, so you’ll want to take extra precaution when protecting yourself against UV rays. Sure, you know to arm yourself with sunscreen, protective clothing, and accessories, and to seek some shade, but there are a few other tips and tricks to incorporate into your routine this summer. We asked six women who face the sun all day long to get their jobs done—a horticulturist, professional soccer player, cruise director, golf instructor, winemaker, and letter carrier—for their best healthy skin advice. Who better to share their strategies for keeping skin healthy and beautiful?
